Partnership Protocol

This defines the formal framework governing institutional, commercial, medical, and competitive partnerships with FirstKin Sports.

Partnership with FirstKin Sports constitutes entry into a regulated operating environment centered on athlete protection, system stability, and long-cycle governance.

Relationships are established to support institutional function, not brand expansion.

Scope of Application

This protocol applies to:

  • professional leagues and federations
  • universities and accredited academies
  • medical and sports-science institutions
  • infrastructure and facility operators
  • commercial sponsors and broadcast entities
  • technology and data services providers

All partners are bound by this framework as a condition of cooperation

Institutional Purpose of Partnership

Partnerships exist to support four core institutional objectives:

  1. Protection of long-term athlete health and career stability
  2. Preservation of training system autonomy
  3. Continuity of competitive and disciplinary standards
  4. Operational sustainability of leagues and development programs

Any relationship that compromises these objectives is incompatible with FirstKin Sports systems, regardless of financial value or visibility.

Eligibility Requirements for Partners

Entities engaged in exploitative scheduling, unsafe competition density, or medical coercion are not eligible for cooperation.

Basis of Cooperation

Partnership does not confer governance authority over FirstKin systems.

Commercial Boundaries

Contracts containing such provisions are voidable under institutional authority.

Permitted Forms of Cooperation

Partnership may include:

  • Athlete transition and placement pathways
  • Shared medical research and injury-prevention programs
  • Co-sponsored competitions under unified medical standards
  • Officiating and technical standards alignment
  • Infrastructure development and facility sharing
  • Data Collaboration under controlled access frameworks

Each partnership agreement is evaluated individually.

Standardized mass‑partner programs are not utilized.

Governance Interface

Each partnership is assigned an internal oversight structure consisting of:

  • Institutional Liaison Officer
  • Medical Compliance Officer
  • Legal and Contract Supervisor
  • Technical Standards Representative

This body reviews compliance, resolves conflicts, and enforces adherence to protocol.

Data and Confidentiality

Termination and Suspension

FirstKin Sports reserves the right to suspend or terminate partnerships where:

  • Athlete Safety is compromised
  • Medical Authority is challenged
  • Contractual terms are violated
  • Governance standards deteriorate
  • Commercial pressure is applied to protected systems

The institutional review board issues termination decisions.

Institutional Position

FirstKin Sports does not pursue partnership volume.

It pursues structural compatibility.

Partnership is a tool for system stability, not expansion of influence.

Engagement with FirstKin Sports constitutes formal acceptance of this protocol.
